The app is very aesthetically pleasing, and setting it up and creating the e-mails is easy too! The app offers clear explanations on how to do everything, and everything has been pretty straightforward. Really nice! I had a question for customer support and they came back to me after 1 day and Ilan has been very friendly and helpful

Alles soweit gut, allerdings finde ich 40€ für Growth teuer, man sollte mit weniger wie z.B. 20€ ->30€ ->40€ anfangen :/

Needed help setting up my review carousel on my home page and Chester solved it for me in less than 5 minutes. I rate their customer service 5 stars. Only negative thing about this app is the lack of customization available. I wish the emails were more customizable as well as the look of the reviews on my website. Also, when selecting your options in the settings, they don't show photos of what it would look like (ex: selecting 'rounded corners' instead of 'sharp corners' but you can't see the difference between the two until you save it and look at your website)

Wir testen die App noch, aber bislang macht sie einen sehr guten Eindruck! Man kann die Bewertungen individuell für Produkte ein- und ausstellen, was uns wichtig war, da wir nicht bei allen Produkte eine Bewertung benötigen.

UIが今風で良いですね。それに多機能なので、やりたいことは大体すべてできるように思えます。他のレビューアプリから乗り換えてきました。これからに期待しています。管理画面は日本語で表示してもらえるともっといいのですが。

Great app. I have tried many reviews apps, and this one is particularly easy to use and has 2 features which I really like: 1. I can copy reviews from one shopify store to another, which is very useful since I sell my same brand, same products, in multiple countries using different shopify stores. 2. I can show the reviews for the same product name on all colors of it. I sell scarves, and don't use variants, so this way I can show the reviews for Scarf A in red also on the same one Scarf A in blue. This is cool and I have not found any other reviews app that does it. Also, the customer service is quite fast and friendly.
