The option to write review is easy and very understandable for the user, as well the ability to upload images.

Loox is a great product and comes in very handy! Our customers love seeing the reviews on our site and they ones who leave a review feel heard. The customer service on a little customization setting issue I was having was top-notch as well, thanks to Jemuel.

The app works amazing, is so useful, and it has different presentations to show the reviews, it is customizable. I love it! In addition, they have a great solution for efficient review generation. World-class support on any issue that arrives and great help to get the best out of the solution. Special shout-out to Rain, Ilan and David Kriheli from the Loox Team.

good app but forces you to spend almost $100 per month on it. Totally stupid strategy. Im revoking access given to it.

I am really happy with the customer support and the functionalities of the app. I think that a good support does a lot for the overall experience which results in me having a great time with Loox so far and I would definitely recommend it further! The whole support team and especially Sara were of great help!
