I recently added the LOOX app to my website and had a question about the review formatting on my collection pages. Jemuel from their support team was quick to respond and helped me figure out the issue. He was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

Laurence was fantastic. I had been struggling to fix an issue on my website all day. Once I sent in the message, I figured I would hear back from customer service in about 24hrs. Nope. Right away Laurence fixed my issue and followed up. This happened in a matter of about 10mins from first contact. This contact wasn’t by phone so I was super impressed. Great job team.

Spectacular ! We love you product and it has grown our business dramatically. However we would love to see the words "independently verified". somewhere in the copy of the review so customers understand that the reviews are not being posted by us. YES PLEASE!
