Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Awesome app. I loved everything about it. It was so easy to setup and I think it is better than the alternative that some folks recommend. If you are a new store, this is what you need. It is easy and straight forward. I highly recommend this to new store. You have so many things to figure out, figuring out how to setup a review app, is perhaps not exciting.

Looked at another app first but after reading reviews about Loox, I was sold on what could be offered to help improve product reviews for customers visiting my on-line store. Setting up was extremely easy and would recommend this to anyone looking for a trusted platform to integrate with their store.

Easy to use and acquire verified reviews! When we did run into an issue, Ken was prompt with his response and guided us to the quick fix!

Easy to use

The best looking review app I've used. It also doesn't slow my store down. I wish there was a public reviews page that would show up on Google when customers search for "brand + reviews", kind of like reviews.io and trustpilot have. The loox branding/logo under the widgets currently links to their Shopify app store page, which doesn't really build trust as much as it would if it linked to a dedicated public reviews page.
