We've always had a great experience with Loox. We've been using it for years. I'm finally writing a review now because of a recent issue with switching to Shopify 2.0. My question was answered within 10 minutes and had step-by-step screenshots of how to fix it -- thanks Aya for helping me out so quickly! Great app, great customer service.

Asking me to upgrade my plan and I cannot change the settings or manage the reviews without upgrading!!! Pathetic!

Great review app and neat looking. Highly recommend, it might be expensive for newly starting out stores but then they do it so efficiently the trust of your store increases and eventually pays for the app.

Everything works great and total number of reviews are way up, except there are a few too many features that you can only access at more expensive subscriptions.

Loox product reviews and photos is easy to use! it has helped me know what my customers love about my products and it is great to see that my customers send photos of themselves wearing my products

Arrivati ad un certo numero di ordini ti obbligano a passare al piano a pagamento da 35$, nonostante il primo sia già a pagamento 9,9$. Questa cosa non ha assolutamente senso, non dovrebbero permetterlo. Sono riuscito a spostare tutto su un'altra app e non mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno per altre app. SCONSIGLIO!!!
