I am really happy with the customer support and the functionalities of the app. I think that a good support does a lot for the overall experience which results in me having a great time with Loox so far and I would definitely recommend it further! The whole support team and especially Sara were of great help!

Love loox!! Really easy to use and helps a lot with customer trust. Arielle in support fixed the small issue we were having super quickly too.

Great experience so far! We received very prompt help from Mara, who was very friendly and solved an issue we’d been working on all day in a matter of 10 minutes. Excellent customer service rep and left a great impression on our team!

Finally able to get customers to review and submit pictures with their reviews. Loox has been fantastic and very easy to use!

Great so far! Decent customer service and easy to use. Not bad value. Would recommend, had some features which Rivo didn't have.
