Absolutely love the platform and ease of use! I love the surprise of seeing reviews from our customers and then new customers getting an accurate depiction of products they'd like to purchase.

Had some issues with the visibility of the review ratings. Laurence from Loox very promptly solved it for me in just 5 minutes. As usual quick and efficient help from them.

Loving how easy it is to use and navigate this app! I had some trouble implementing the Ratings Review code and contacted customer support - A lovely Aya responded at record speed and helped me get everything working within an hour. Thanks Aya and Loox!

Reviews on Loox helps reassure visitors that they can buy from us with confidence. It slipped off for a few days when I switched to a new theme. Loox customer service immediately fixed it once I asked, and the sales -- which had puased -- started up again. Very happy. Worth the subscription fee. -- One small complaint, it generates a ton of discount codes in our Shopiffy store and clutters the discount page. Not enough to lose a star.

This is a great app for collecting reviews and driving additional conversions from returning customers. Mara on their team is very helpful at answering questions quickly and providing best practices!

Nice app! Easy to integrate and import data from shopify websites. I hope loox would launch NPS soon.
