Tolle und optisch ansprechende App mit vielen Funktionen und Mehrwert. Bei einem technischen Problem konnte uns Aya vom Customer Support an einem Sonntag(!) innerhalb Minuten helfen und unser Problem lösen.

We absolutely LOVE using LOOX! We have used a few review platforms over the years and none offer the features that LOOX does. It's easy to get reviews and display them to new customers. I highly recommend using LOOX over any other review company out there!

Very easy to use and integrate with your Shopify online business. It helps a lot when other customers can see reviews of the product that they may be interested in purchasing.

The support is good and they have helped me fix problems I have previously faced with loox. There could still be better support for things like grouping products as one, because we often create new products (for the same item) for different ad campaigns. We would obviously still like the reviews to be linked from our main product. Loox support helped us achieve this with a work around, but I think it should be a feature of the app by default.

I have used the Loox app on my multiple stores and I'd say I highly recommend this app. It's super easy to use and offers lots of functionalities that increase the conversion rate. Recently, I got into some issues and contacted their support. Aya from their support team helped me to get the problem solved. And I must say she was super quick in response and understood my issue immediately and gave clear requirements. Aya was very friendly and cooperative. My 10/10 recommendation for this app an their support team!!!
