We have been using this app for about 9-10 months, and are very happy with the performance of the app. Giving only 4 stars because I wish there was a cheaper plan available that allows removal of the Loox branding.

A really great App so far! So easy to use and looks great on my site. I do wish the beginner plan had the option for customers to leave a review without having to add a photo to it though, I think it will put some customers off leaving a review.

Thank you for helping cancel the charges and for the quick assistance. Even if the app didn’t meet my needs at the time (it doesn’t mean it won’t meet your store’s needs) I surely appreciate the good customer service in the end.

It would be great if I could offer discounts without the purchaser having to include a photo. The photo option is great, but I'd love to bring in more repeat customers and collect more reviews with a review discount for non-photo reviews.

So far so good! Great to be able to upload comments from other platforms. Would LOVE if reviews somehow connected with google reviews seamlessly!

Easy to use and integrates simply with Shopify. And now I have to say a bunch of silly crap to reach 100 words. First review - change that feature on your own review request.

Really happy with Loox and especially their customer support. Whenever I had an enquiry or needed help with the integration and customization of the app, their team has been super supportive. I highly recommend them!

Very easy to use. You also have many options to decide where and how to display the widget on your site. The support is very responsive as well. We have a problem showing the rating after updating our theme. After contacting the service, a representative(Rain) helped me out in an hour.

Phenomenal app all around. Setup was far easier than expected. I initially put off installing because I figured I would need time to configure everything appropriately. When I installed and went through everything I was amazed to be up and running within maybe 20-30 minutes? Full integration with our theme required adding some code, of which I am not very familiar - reached out to support and had a resolution and adjustment stunningly fast.. This is wild, wish every app worked like this.
