The app is fairly good and reasonably customizable. They haven't however replied to my emailed 'help request' for over 5 days. Not great service.
Hey, Sapir from the Loox team here :) Our support team is available 24/7 and is always happy to help! As mentioned when you open an issue with support, you should receive an answer within 24 hours. I took a look at the email you sent us and it seems like our support team responded within several minutes. As our response seems to have been missed, I’ve reached out to you privately through our support email and through the 'Contact Us' form in your store to try and solve this as quickly as possible :)

I tried out Stamped and Judge Me. Loox is far and away the best. It is integrated so well into Shopify. I love how they just use a body (not a title and body that often confuse the customer). I'm loving it so far.

Great app with all the bells and whistles, constant improvement and great customer support. Pays for itself many times over. We have noticed a dramatic increase in the size of our first time customer orders after using this app. Couldn't be happier.

Review update. Now no doubt this app is one of the best app to use in my store. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Yishai. All my issues about the app was resolved literally in a short period of time. I am indeed a happy customer and super grateful for this app. My store look so much professional with all the amazing packaging that comes with this app. interlay all in one. If you are thinking if downloading this, let me tell you, it as generated extra revenue for my business and I am fully satisfied.
