Dommerly was AMAZING she answered all my questions easily and really quickly. I'm new to Loox and her help was really handful. THANKS Dommerly you were the best client service person that I've ever met without your help I would probably had cancelled my subscription.

I love the app! Being able to have customers' dog videos and pictures with reviews on my website brings the products alive. I have much more to explore about Loox however first impressions are very favourable. Excellent customer support too, which is key. I needed some technical help and as a small business I rely on good IT support when needed (as I'm not a techie!). The Loox app is backed up with excellent customer support - I can't fault it - and this support, not the price, is my deciding factor in keeping the app after the trial period is over. I look forward to seeing how this app contributes to the success of my business. Thanks!
