I'm only 24 hours or so into using the software but I have to say, I'm already loving it. I did a bunch of research comparing several of the major Review apps (Loox, Okendo, Judge.me, Junip, Stamped, etc...). My single biggest criteria was user experience for both myself (admin side) and my customers (reviewer side), and after seeing LOOX's demos it felt very clear. 24 hours in and I can say I feel like I 100% made the right choice. The setup is smooth as butter, widgets and media/content look great, and the leave-a-review flow/experience couldn't be better. Very happy with it. Thank you!

worth it! building credibility via reviews is everything when looking for new customers. the widgets integrate well with our theme and present the reviews beautifully on our site. the dashboard for managing the app is easy to navigate and gives plenty of control

loox-plugin is excellent for any new Shopify beginners. It gives an immaculate and subtle way of improving things for adding reviews, and managing them becomes almost effortless.
Awesome plugin! It seamlessly imports reviews and allows me to sort them how i'd like. Highly recommend this to anyone running a Shopify store!
Still early days but so far it is working very well indeed. It is a great tool to improve customer relationships as well as to publish the good, bad and the ugly!
Great app very fast support, Mara was so helpful and speedy with my request! I always recommend this app with how well and seamlessly integrates with Shopify.
Used it for months, but then they randomly started charging me a $35 usage fee on top of the subscription fee. On top of that, the app randomly stopped working for 2 days and I couldn't import reviews - then days later all of the reviews I tried importing all came flooding in. By that point, I had already moved on to AliReviews instead. Much better review app.
