Fast support from Aya regarding the way the dates display - turns out its already well programmed out the box so USA gets mm/dd/yyyy and UK gets dd/mm/yyyy. Nicely done :)

Outstanding app and customer service/support! I couldn't be more impressed. It's very intuitive, easy to use, and I have gotten very swift answers from support! Jemuel was amazing in solving my recent issue. It was resolved on the first attempt, and actually, within minutes of me opening the ticket!

I just installed the app and am still exploring all the available options. That being said, it's really intuitive and easy to use compared to the previous reviews app I was using. I had a few questions I couldn't find the answers to and reached out to customer support. Jemuel responded within minutes and assisted me right away. I was able to transition from Stamped.io to Loox within minutes. I've used many apps over the years and by far this was the best and the speediest customer support I've ever received. Thank you for making the transition so effortless!

The app is great, and their customer service is even better! Both Sapir and Josh were absolutely wonderful to work with, and helped us implement a few customizations that made a big difference on our site. They always responded quickly and were very helpful. Awesome team!

There are a few things to criticise about the app, such as: the pricing, the lack of support for custom CSS, the integration via iFrame, which is somewhat outdated, the bad Mail templates and a few other issues that competitors do better. But: the developers has contacted us in the meantime and asked about the change requests and the criticism. We find this very positive. When the changes come, we will gladly change our rating as well ...
Hey, Sapir from the Loox team here :) I'm truly sorry to hear your experience with Loox was not as you expected. Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month. Keeping the app user-friendly and easy to use, we offer many customization options that are easier to use, but might not offer full custom CSS. We have released a lot of features in recent years, including various customization options for both displaying reviews and collecting reviews via email, which I could see you have not implemented in your account yet. I’d be more than happy to help you find customizations that work for your brand. In regards to cropping Images, Loox does not support changing customers’ reviews, hence editing the customers' photos in this manner is not possible. In any case, I've personally reached out to you through our support email to elaborate further on a few of our available features.

The app is fairly good and reasonably customizable. They haven't however replied to my emailed 'help request' for over 5 days. Not great service.

I took a look at the email you sent us and it seems like our support team responded within several minutes. The apps works perfectly. Exactly what I needed to make my reviews process much more robust. The support team was awesome (especially Dor who went above and beyond to help me).
