Lilach was awesome at getting our review widgets set up in no time! I am not a coder and I glaze over at the thought of opening up Shopify theme pages and trying to figure out where to insert code etc. LOOX made it easy with their awesome technical support!
loox got me 1 upsell and already paid for itself. wont be removing this app from my store anytime soon

Really helpful support when needed Lilach was able to sort my issue within the hour! Would recommend this app to anyone who is unsure which app to choose the support is very good.
this app will drain your money, there is no way to setup a spending limit for automatic reviews they will keep charging you 28dollars per 300 emails which is really expensive, I can't find anyway to stop these automatic reviews.

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months, you automatically pay less. Sehr leicht zu bedienen und einzustellen bin total Zufrieden! Dashboard ist auch sehr Übersichtlich und leicht bedienbar.

I got a message from a customer telling they would appreciate fewer requests for reviews (well, they only received two) and I did not know if this was possible. I contacted the help desk and got an answer in minutes from Aya, solving the issue. Thank you :)
