This application is simple and easy to use and has some great integration that works with my website. I have been using this app for about 8 months, and the support team have been very quick to respond and also been able to help me whenever I have questions. Ilan has been very helpful, and I would recommend this app to all businesses.

Loox appears to have done exactly what I was looking for. I downloaded and deleted so many apps, sometimes it's just better paying for the best one.

I have not used the app yet but based on Shopify users the app is an essential tool to have integrated with your store. I will be using Loox in my store.

I really like this app. Very helpful. It emailed all my customers from 90 days prior to help stimulate reviews. It also has a nice look and feel.

This has been the easiest reviews app I've used so far. Love that customers can easily add videos and photos with their reviews. Also I had an issue with a longer video review not uploading and David quickly helped fix this for me. Great product and great support!
