I had issue with the coding for loox prodict rating they fixed it in 5 minutes. Very good customer service. Thank you Ken for helping me out.
The Loox Customer Success team is SUPER helpful! Not only do they reply very fast, but they are also very nice :). Sapir helped me integrate the Loox widget on my Clickfunnels webpage and in less than 1 hour it was all fixed. Thank you so much!

I would recommend Loox app. Inexpensive and easy way to upload your reviews to your sites. They have very helpful how-to's and the email sequences they offer to help you collect your reviews and encourage customers to leave a review are great.

This is an excellent app if you're looking for a simpler way to get product reviews. Their support staff is top-tier as well. If you happen to get Jemuel to assist you, rest assured that any technical issues you may have will be resolved promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this review app.
Love this review app! It's simple to set up and customise, easy for customers to leave a review, and Loox support is excellent.
