Absolutely amazing, customer support replies so fast - love the app!
Support très réactif ! L'application coûte un peu cher, c'est dommage, ca reste qu'un application d'avis.
Setting up and configuring was very easy. - I then had a more complex set up query where I required product reviews to display at a product grouping level. Thanks to IIan who I worked with and helped this bulk configuration. Very easy and great service. I am only a new store and since installing the app I am already getting reviews from my recent orders. Thanks IIan
Great review app. The only complaint I have is that the plan is upgraded once you exceed 500 total orders, Other than that, the features are excellent and the look and feel is the best of all.
The easy-to-follow instructions from Loox' pop-up steps makes the whole process of adding reviews so much easier than any other app I've tried. With other apps it seemed like I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to go to the product reviews , but loox has simplified my experience importing reviews immensely.
Super application, tres intuitive...
Don't use this APP. At the beginning, everything is FREE, then they put you into $19.99 plan. then after few months, there is a message pop up saying "You’ve reached the limit… Congratulations! Your business is doing well, and you have outgrown the Beginner plan, which is limited to 500 orders.", the new plan is more than double of the original plan. I am not going to pay $49.99/month. No WAY!!!
