The app itself seems great so far, but I wish the setup was a little more streamlined or there was some type of step by step guide. The support team was super easy to get a hold of though and Channelle was amazing! She answered all my questions and sent me mini snap shots of what to change to get exactly what I wanted. I asked so many questions and she sweet/patient with each one.

Excellent app, great sales booster and confidence generator. It has multiple hook options that can entice customers to leave a reference to your store. I recommend it 100%

Loox makes it easy to add photo reviews to your site and keep them coming in. I wish pricing was a bit better but overall it is hard to beat

Very good at visualling our store and product compare to the other apps. But this app is not good with pricing. I think the price is litte bit too high for the feature. Anyway, it's good overral (but not worth the upgrade due to the pricing).

Wonderful product with fantastic customer support. Sapir in particular has helped us resolve many minor issues with our Google setup to ensure it works correctly with Loox.

Good review app, but sometimes uploading a file can be a problem. The support staff are helpful and will help resolve issues quickly.

E' molto facile da gestire e le griglie delle recensioni sono ben fatte. Forse, in assenza di foto fornita dal cliente, ingrandirei quella del prodotto per rendere tutto più omogeneo.
