We've been using Loox for years. Started on their cheapest plan and scaled into their most expensive tier. It's the most cost effective review app, and the features just keep getting better. Not to mention their customer service is top notch (thank you Channelle!). I've been approached by the other big review software, but loox just does everything I want without over complicating things.

Excellent customer service always. I've worked with a couple people and can't remember everyone's name but Ilan was quick to respond and proficient with assisting getting my pages set up. I needed something other than the Shopify reviews app to be able to import reviews from my other marketplaces to setup my website and show the reputation I've established. Loox made this possible, they also sent email blasts resulting in several of my customers coming to my new website to leave reviews from their past purchases. I love everything about this app so far it's perfect for my current needs. I haven't had any issues for the past several months that I've been using them.

I have tried a few different review apps and this is by far the best. Love the photos and video options and I am getting a higher percentage of reviews than before.

Great customer service! Jodel was quick to respond when I was having issues adding Loox reviews to google search results. Jodel even showed visuals afterwards to confirm that all was working.

I have spent a lot of time in comparing all Shopify Review Apps before I installed LOOX. Although all similar apps look similar at the first instance, LOOX actually stand out from the crowd with the following outstanding values: 1. FASTEST Speed - My first priority for choosing and installing any App is SPEED! With my deep SEO knowledge, I know that google put a lot of weight on page loading speed since last year. Installation of any app could drag down the speed hugely. So I always test the speed before installing any App. Originally, I have serious hesitation in installing any Photo & Video Review App because I think they would all drag the speed hugely with numerous photos and video. I tested all review similar apps and noticed that LOOX is surprisingly FAST compared with all others. When I read back their description, I found that they actually have great attention and paid huge efforts to build on the Lighting Speed. 2. HERO SUPPORT - Another main factor I always consider before I install any App is Support! All Apps are plug-ins NOT ready for most THEMES. So installing new Apps are mostly nightmare experience for non-technical users. I try installed LOOX over the weekend, and need some help to integrate it properly with my Theme. To my surprise, LOOX great support provides almost instant help in resolving the problem even over the weekend immediately. LOOX support is a great treasure and bonus which helped to complete the setup perfectly with my Theme as I wished. Billion Thanks for SAPIR in particular of the LOOX support team. You are all my Hero!

Loox is a great app with good value for the price. Their customer support team is really responsive and excellent. I especially appreciated the assistance of Dor today as we migrated our subscription between stores. One thing that could be improved would be better integrations with marketing apps such as Klaviyo, or for it to be available at a lower subscription. Overall, would recommend this app!

Easy to use and navigate! I like how they have ways to integrate the reviews into your site (i.e carousel you can add to your homepage that customers can see.)
