I absolutely love this app, it is easy to use and track. The reviews display beautifully on the website and it's got lots of added benefits. It is a bit pricey but worth it in the end.

Too early to tell but all first indications seem to be extremely positive. Not sure about the ROI on this product, but time will tell. Installed on a Friday morning and by Monday morning we had 40 new reviews.
