Have been using this app for more than 6 months now. The team are constantly providing updates for new features and the customer support is fantastic. You get a response within an hour usually and any questions or issues are always resolved efficiently. If you're contemplating which reviews app to use for your store, Loox is your best bet.

Wir nutzen diese App bei Sennheiser in vielen unserer Shops. Neues Pricingmodell ist leider mehr als 4 x so teuer bei gleicher Leistung. Prinzipiell ok, aber mir persönlich zu undurchsichtig und nicht zu überblicken. App an sich ist wirklich gut. Discount settings für refferal program fehlen. Codes gelten auf alle Produkte und können nicht über collection eingeschränkt werden.

Great review layout! We love the reviews we can get with this. Super great solution. However, I am very unimpressed with the referrals program. It isn't intuitive to the customers as it depends on cookies for applying the discount code. This does not function with my Stackable app for discounts. Therefore, that needs some tremendous work (LIKE ACTUALLY PUT THE DISCOUNT CODE IN THE EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Omer helped me out last week, great support from that guy, much appreciated! These guys go above and beyond every time. I'm a consultant for a handful of online retailers who want to kick ass in e-commerce. I noticed the structured data markup wasn't dialed in for reviews and contacted Loox for help. They not only knocked it out quickly but it was done right and...they fixed some of the other junk schema code in the template that was preventing Google from ranking the site! To clarify further, some of this was lazy or incompetent development from the theme developer that Loox just fixed up quickly. I have a ticket in with Volusion right now to solve this same issue and they have already taken a week to just get back to me, lol. Loox solved this within 24 hours and google is already seeing the change! I coach my ecom clients to strive for excellence, these guys are a stellar example of that. And no, I'm not affiliated with them at all, I'm also not generous with my reviews. I'm just super impressed. This is one of the few companies that provide a great product and truly deserves your business.
