Works great and has an easy and intuitive workflow. We also like the pictures/video testimonials which this app offers.
I have had a to reach out to LOOX support on a few occasions and they are always so helpful and fast to respond. I believe this last time was even on a Sunday and wasn't expecting a reply right away. 5-Star service for sure.
It works, but is a Very basic app for the expensive price they charge, I would recommend other similar apps, that have a more reasonable price.

Very easy to use with lots of functionality to drive revenue conversions (E.g. referrals, reviews, video reviews etc). Speedy customer service too - thanks Rain for your help on customising my referrals page on my site. Definitely recommend.

You don't allow your customers to reply or or edit our previous replies unless we pay even more than we are already paying. Not a great experience. We don't like to be nickeled and dimed at every turn. Sad really.

All of our plans support the option to reply to reviews that you've received. Any time you reply to a review, the reviewer will also receive an email update stating sharing that you have replied back to them. I’d be happy to dig deeper on what you see on your end. Pricing is a bit high but it has a premium onboarding experience. Yet to play with the configuration on my site

Worth Buying. I was afraid for paying $9.99 a month a month. But now i am paying $34.99 a month and very happy with the results. :) Highly Recommended by Dhanak Boutique
