So far so good, I use this app to help grab reviews from customers that have purchased within the last 90 days. I had a rough time on bonus email install but Amit was able to help me very quickly. I think the app works wonders, just think it’s difficult sometimes getting a customer to actually write a review. For the price that sometimes makes me wonder if it is worth it. This is my second time using the app so I’m going for it again.

I rarely rate any products. Just installed this app. Impressed me immediately because it is user friendly, fast, has many features and great user guide. Except I think the price is little over priced because almost the same price as paying Shopify platform. Hope they can lower the price in the future.

The support is suburb! Jodel solved my issue in a few minutes. I am impressed. I wish all apps could provide this high quality support. And, they are on top of things. They are coming up with new features regularly.

The team were amazing helping us move (after four years) from one of the other big review apps. So refreshing to have this level of customer service again. Josh was super helpful with helping me get the Google reviews showing too. But honestly, everybody I dealt with at Loox was so very helpful!

This app is great for collecting reviews and referrals. I recommend putting on a 20% discount code for the customers to receive, to have them coming back to purchase again & again.
