We just installed the app and it works amazing and is a very friendly app. We really recommend this app to everyone who is looking for a product review app with photos and videos.

Rain helped me with fixing my review rating showing up on my collection page because my theme takes it away every time I update the theme. I'm not great with coding so she was able to go in and fix it and fast! I'm talking less than 30 minutes response time. They always do a great job with helping in a timely manner. Thanks Rain!

Very easy to set up and looks very comprehensive. It's just what I was looking for in a review app for my shopify site. I contacted the support team and Channelle was extreamly helpful in getting my issue resolved. Would 100% recommend.

J'ai reçu une aide très efficace et très rapide de la part Channelle à propos d'un détail sur le paramétrage de l'app. J'ai donné les accès à Channelle et c'est elle-même qui a fait les modifications pertinentes en moins de 2 heures. Tout fonctionne à merveille, merci beaucoup !

Mejor aplicación de reviews, no he encontrado nada mejor desde que he estado buscando un app de reviews, Jemuel and Samir have good technical support IIan is very good technical support assistance.

Wir sind zufrieden und nutzen die App für Bewertungen mit Bild in unserem Shop. Der Support ist richtig flott und hilfsbereit. Wir wünschen uns noch etwas mehr Anpassungen bei den Bewertungserinnerungen aber sonst fabelhaft.

Melhor app para avaliação... No início é um pouco difícil de mexer, mas depois pega o jeito. Após a implementação do app, as vendas melhoraram. Recomendo é muito!

This App is really great, it has certainly increased my conversions. Their support team is simply awesome, they answer your concerns very fast and always there to help whenever needed. I recently dealt with Chester and he was quite efficient in getting back to me about my concerns and was eager to offer additional help if needed. This is so far my favorite app in the app store.

LOVE IT! Very impressed with the simplicity of the user experience, both on the back end and for customers reviewing. The options throughout are extensive and super relevant too!... oh and the integrations with other apps / platforms is amazing!

Wir nutzen die App in unserem Store. Sie sammelt ganz gut Bewertungen ein und ist auch wesentlich umfangreicher einzusetzen als nur dafür. Mir fehlen leider noch 1-2 Punkte wie Anpinnen von Bewertungen und ein Rating System für einzelne Produkteigenschaften wie "Komfort" oder "Passform" usw, ein Skalensystem wäre super. Ebenso wäre es super, wenn für bestimmte Produkte ausgewählte Bewertungen als Caroussel auf genau der jeweiligen Produktseite angezeigt werden könnten. Das wurde auch schon als Feedback aufgenommen. Der Support ist ausgezeichnet, extrem schnell, extrem kompetent. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Sapir und kann ihn als Customer Success Manager wärmstens empfehlen! Der kriegt 10/10! Auch alle anderen Support Member wie zB Josh sind super kompetent, freundlich und führen schnelle Lösungen herbei. Ich hoffe, dass die offenen Punkte noch umgesetzt werden, dann wäre die App bedingungslos perfekt für unsere Ansprüche! Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!

So far so good compare to Trustpilot. Loox is even better and cheaper to show reviews online that can be trusted by our customers.
