Very good application, I have been using it for a few years and I am very satisfied, it also allows me to import and select comments from aliexpress very easily. In addition, the customer service is super fast and very friendly. I recommend it

Updated review: Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams. STILL LOVE LOOX!

Love this app! Very affordable, collects tons of reviews, and best of all everything is automated once you set it up. I contacted Loox to see if I could add ratings below my product photos. Tamarry at Loox made it happen. The tweak was done very quickly and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Loox to anyone out there looking for a top notch affordable rating system that increases conversions and has a very responsive and knowledgable customer service team.

La aplicación se integró muy bien con nuestro sitio y actualmente está funcionando de maravillas. Al principio tuvimos unos pequeños problemas: básicamente no lográbamos crear las páginas dedicadas de reseñas y referrals. Contactamos a soporte y fueron muy rápidos, eficaces y amables en solucionar el problema, además se tomaron el tiempo de contestar todas mis dudas. Una atención 10/10. Felicitaciones.

OMG!!!! I wish I could give this thing 50 stars!!!! I've got about 20 apps running and I've never been so excited about a feature on my site!!!! Right off the bat this morning, I went to check out the dashboard for the first time - and only found ugliness! Unreal... start off on a Monday - to answer a really nasty customer - and gotta admit, that SUCKED... (can't make everyone happy) .... BUT THEN... I found about 30 reviews that were added by our AWESOME CUSTOMERS - and they make up 999 out of 1000 members. So here's what I personally think: It's GREAT being able to show the good, the bad and the super nasty ugly. It gives us a chance to show what we have done for them and how much we appreciate them. We get a chance to show our personality to everyone shopping the site! And... we get to shine a light on the crappy customers too! (Our good people - which is almost everyone - will rise up with those 5 stars.) Woooooo hoooooo.... this is just so awesome!!!!! Many thanks!!!! Sally at www.sewing.school PS...
