Excellent set up support! I needed help importing reviews for my store which included customer videos. Ilan was super helpful and responded quickly to my emails back and forth. The app looks excellent!

Such a seamless experience installing the app. I started receiving reviews within 24 hours of installing.

UPDATE 08/08/2024 Loox app has suddenly stopped working. Support are not helpful in the slighest saying that it is my theme which is the issue however Loox has been running on this version of my theme for years now.
