This is the only app that i saw and works best for what i need. Very simple and easy to apply and has a very nice layout! Customer support is also superb! Within a day, i got my problem solved by their customer support Aya. Thank you and looking forward to try and avail higher plans in the future.

I just started my journey with Loox. Nevertheless I can say, that their Support Team is excellent. It is very fast, very engaged and customer centric! Concerning the product, I am convinced about its possibilites but I would love to see more options concerning design and customization. I would love to see the following features: - Design options (Color, rounded edged, etc) for the "Write a Review" form - More typograpy (Google Fonts) options and HTML for E-Mails - Automatic and CI color optimized QR Codes for direct review links

It's a useful app that gathers a lot of social proof. At least that's what we use it for. The customers feel that the products are worth it with so many good reviews. The support is prompt when needed. Sara from support team was recently most helpful in resolving some issues.

Love this review app! Helps improve social validation for my products. Love that it helps incentivize users to include a photo via a small discount for doing so.

Hidden charges at ridiculous rates. $35/300 emails? Ended up paying over $200 last month for this app. More than Shopify itself. Worst part is their lack of transparencies on the fees. You'll just get slapped with it. Get a different app.
