I am so happy with this app. It is easy for me to use, easy to make updates, and easy to manage the reviews. I love the way the reviews are displayed, too.

We were using a different review platform prior to Loox. Our rate of reviews has dramatically increase as has the percentage of reviewers opting to include a photo or video. Highly recommended.

Great app! It works perfectly and the integration with google and other app it's ok! We are using Loox on our 3 stores :) Great support from David, our Customer Success Manager :)

Terrible support Team. Ask them to delete all code related to Loox. They said they did it. Eventually, they did not do their job properly, which caused issues on my theme that I was not able to sell my products. Lost sales of days. Really angry with them

Great review app so far, was simple to import reviews from my old app and it looks great on my store. Excellent customer service, helped revolve a problem quickly and easily!

Very Great App. Works great und very good aditional options! Only downside is that you have to upgrade to a more expensive plan after 500 orders, but its probably worth it.
