Loox makes high quality reviews super easy! I tried a few different apps but ultimately Loox had easy to install widgets on the website and super customizable emails.

Loox was easy to setup and integrated well. However, their payment system is scummy and very well hidden. It may look like the app is well priced, but when you start to grow it costs insane amounts of money--Loox charges you an ADDITIONAL $40 for every 400 review request emails that you send over the 300 email threshold. That's one costly email!

Werkt goed en ziet er mooi uit op de website. Het is ook handig dat mensen automatisch een mail krijgen om een foto review achter te laten en dan meteen een kortingscode krijgen.

I absolutely LOVE what Loox provide! Super easy to setup with amazing design to fit into my online store. Customer support is extremely helpful and very responsive. If you are considering adding customer reviews to your website, look no more... use Loox!!!

I feel like it's starting to get pricey. Having to pay extra for 300 orders seems heavy. I had orders coming in from another marketplace and they wanted to stop letting me offer the Loox Photo Review discounts to my shopify customers. They kept asking me to upgrade. It's annoying, what do Walmart sales have to do with my shopify Product Review service? I'm looking to add value to my Shopify store, so sales outside of Shopify should not be increasing my fees for my webstore.
