Review update. Now no doubt this app is one of the best app to use in my store. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Yishai. All my issues about the app was resolved literally in a short period of time. I am indeed a happy customer and super grateful for this app. My store look so much professional with all the amazing packaging that comes with this app. interlay all in one. Great app for collecting customer experiences. Integrates flawlessly with my Etsy store. Set it and forget it.

Just beginning, but this looks awesome! Automating my reviews, and the process feel very tested and effective.
Its great, except the issues with not being able to translate the reviews. But with the import/export it is possible, even if it takes a few more steps

I used this app for reviews and am really amazed by the different options provided by the app to collect and display reviews on all the different pages.
This app does exactly what we were looking for. We were able to customize how we display reviews on the app and even connected the reviews to our klaviyo email flows. The customer service is top notch. I had a few issues and when I was not able to solve myself, I gave access to our shop and they fixed it for me. We are very pleased. If you are considering adding reviews to your shop, I highly recommend trying LOOX before paying too much for other review apps.

Loox est une application qui permet de gérer les avis clients . C'est une tâche essentielle qui permet d'apporter de la preuve sociale et qui facilite les ventes. L'avantage de Loox, c'est qu'il permet de récuperer des avis clients de Aliexpress, d'afficher les avis clients dans Google Ads. La coopération avec les autres applications en fait un outil indispensable pour la croissance de la boutique. Une très bonne application
This app has allowed us to display customer reviews on our website without issue. They also allow customers to leave reviews in a non-intrusive way allowing them to leave us reviews without feeling pressured! Which helps us receive more honest reviews from customers who are genuinely impressed with our products! Thanks team

I tried judge.me, fera, growave, and loox and found loox the easiest to set up and the best in appearance with minimal tweaking.
