Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Love this app! It really brings out the value of my products... They have a great support team as well. ADA was super quick with her replies to our quesitons. :)

The app does get photo reviews for our site but its supposed to also get video reviews but we have never been able to get a single one.

Loox has been the key to our conversion rate. We tripled it with reviews using Loox. Also great support. Jemuel answered super fast and was helpful

Laurence was able to help me fix some of the formatting of the widget so quickly! Love that the customer service team is so responsive!

I asked for help from customer service and the employee called Mara helped me. She was so quick and fixed my all issue. Thanks a lot

This app is amazing! It allows me to meet customers where they are in the review process and connect w/ them on a deeper level than other platforms

Customer help/ Service is fantastic. Josh really helped me out and in a matter of minutes. He was able to have my problem solved same day. Due to Jos I am a firm believer in the team at Loox. Makes the experience so much better when you have someone there to make sure the process is smooth as butter.

I really love LOOX. They give more advanced options compared to similar review apps. Especially to display all reviews from all products on every single product page.

5 star for David as I almost uninstalled it but the customer care is just too Good. They helped me solved my issue and Im there with loox for a good time
