So very happy that I've switched to LOOX from a non-comparable competitor!! Everything is perfect with this app! I had a small issue with uploading reviews from another reviews app, but my issue was quickly solved by Lilach. I am more than satisfied with this app and cannot wait to see how far it helps my business grow! THANK YOU LOOX!!!

Otimo, porém acho que deveria esconder mais as fontes e de certa forma esconder que as avaliações foram transportadas de outros site.
This app is absolutely great for having good reviews on any website. I would always recommend this app!
Simple to use. I'm not finish importing all of my products yet though. I like being able to approve the reviews before putting on my product pages.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD: I have deleted this app twice now. And it still charges me monthly $35 I am not even sure how I can resolve this issue. I was told I needed to contact the app to cancel my subscription. I sent them an email no response yet. I also would like a refund of my money also.
Hey, Rotem from the Loox team here :) Apps cannot charge merchants after their app have been removed from stores as this process is controlled automatically by Shopify. App charges that were already included in your invoice before the app was removed will still appear even after the app is uninstalled as the app was in use for part of the billing period. Loox so far has been good. When I updated my theme, the reviews disappeared off the store. Jodel helped me get them back in a very efficient manner, thank you
I recently added the LOOX app to my website and had a question about the review formatting on my collection pages. Jemuel from their support team was quick to respond and helped me figure out the issue. He was super helpful and easy to communicate with!
Loving Loox for my store. Tried Okendo and became frustrated at the limitations from them. Switched over to Loox and those limitations were immediately gone. Needed some help with a specific setup configuration I wanted to implement and Chester from Loox's support team helped me in a very timely manner.
