The app is slightly complicated to use. I have contacted support a couple times but just got an email response which have not been overly helpful. Previous apps we have installed the person responding to the emails have been extremely helpful, in fact they have sometimes been granted access to our website to ensure their app is installed correctly.

The app does exactly what I needed it to do and it's super easy to use. Highly recommend this for any Shopify store.

This is a great app to add to your store. I love being able to collect customer product photos with their reviews. Loox customer service is always on point! Their response times are incredibly fast and Rain was great to work with. A simple issue that took me hours trying to figure out, Rain fixed in minutes. Thank you!!
