I am using the app since 9 month - the Loox app on Shopify and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service. A particular mention goes to the employee named Channelle, who provided me with great assistance with all my questions and issues. The Loox app provides an incredibly easy way to collect and manage customer reviews on my Shopify website. The integration was very simple and the dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. I had some questions regarding the setup and configuration of the app, and Channelle promptly and competently helped me out in no time. It's great to see that there are still companies that provide such excellent customer service. Overall, I can highly recommend the Loox app on Shopify and I would like to express my sincere thanks to Channelle for her outstanding support.

I was having trouble getting the stars to display exactly how I wanted, within minutes from sending my email, I heard back and Jodel was easily able to place the stars where I wanted them. Seems like a very well put together app and the customer service is even better. Thanks again Jodel!

Loox is a game changer! Customers don't just have to take my word for it, they can read what others are saying about my product right on the product page! The way the reviews pop-up and scroll-on makes them impossible to miss. Prospective customers don't even have to go searching for reviews. It's right in their face so to speak. Lol! It's photo capability is on whole other level! 10 finger snaps for it! Next stop - video review. C'mon Loox, give that to us. You can do it! I love this product!!!!!!!
