Loox is by far pretty much one of the best Review collectiona and display apps across the entire Shopify app store. We've been using it for over 4 years not and it's never given us any issues. Their email templates and display templates look really premium too, with bare minumum customization. Lastly, and most importantly, they have terrific support. They repond back to any query in less than a day. Especially a huge thanks to Ilan who helped us with a billing related concern when we needed it the most, all in just 24 hours. If you're considering a reviews app for your Shopify store, definitely look no further.

My question was answered within 10 minutes and had step-by-step screenshots of how to fix it -- thanks Aya for helping me out so quickly! Great app, great customer service.

Asking me to upgrade my plan and I cannot change the settings or manage the reviews without upgrading!!! Pathetic!

Great review app and neat looking. Highly recommend, it might be expensive for newly starting out stores but then they do it so efficiently the trust of your store increases and eventually pays for the app.
