I wanted to be able to add a tab to my menu just for reviews which is why I started using Loox. The support team has been amazing helping me navigate all of the settings &. making sure that everything is to my liking.

So far so good. The interface is easy to use, customizable and great customer support. It brings the website to a whole new level. EDIT: After months of using this product, I still receive the same level of support. EDIT: Leogen was responsive, clear and helped me out.

After a month of use, I'm a believer and I am so happy we picked Loox over other options. This is a great app and has added instant credibility to our website. Our sales have grown steadily all year long, but our review accumulation was virtually nothing. Once we installed Loox, it backdated and requested reviews for a few months worth of orders and it was incredible seeing them flow in. We had 80+ new reviews before my meeting with a Loox rep to help us with setup and the rep was super impressed! The picture carousel on our homepage is great, and I strongly recommend upgrading to a higher tier so you can group reviews on similar products. We have a lot of products that are the same in different variations and this is a really important thing for us!

Abby, Chester and Jemuel were great and helped me with my setup. The response for assistance was so fast and she had great communication. I wish every apps support was the same. So far Loox has gone above and beyond what ever other company has done to help facilitate my set up and ease of use with the app. They've taken a frustrating process (probably the most frustrating part about getting my site up in running with supporting companies/app), and made it super easy. Other companies should take note! - Thanks again.

I really love the way the Loox review app displays on my website! I've tried a few other apps and had some issues with all of them. I decided to go with Loox because their customer service was extremely quick and highly competent. A massive thank-you to Jemuel & Jodel for promptly answering and fixing my review widget issues!

The photo element is really great. I would appreciate more customisation options with the request emails so our customer experience is more seamless with our brand. Otherwise it Integrates well with Shopify, would recommend.

Really good review app. Affordable and able to expand feature wise should you need to with a plan upgrade. But the basic plan is likely all you will need when you are starting out.

Cheap and cheerful - does what it says on the tin. We switched away from Yotpo. Loox was easier to set up, less restrictive and a better price. Nice feature was the incentivised review requests. Our review rate has shot up considerably.

I have been using this app for a few months now, and initially baulked at the price, being a new biz, but thought I'd give it a few months and see if it was worth it. I can now say that it's worth money I pay per month. It was a seamless install, and it sends out emails 2 weeks after purchase, and I get a good uptake on it. It's reviews that I wouldn't have time to chase (being a one-woman show), and they're invaluable to future customers as they peruse my website, the reviews slide in one after another, reiterating to them that it's a worthy product.
