So far, so good. I just started using this app for my new store but it is user-friendly and very thorough. I look forward to using this as reviews are extremely important - I mean, it's how I chose to use this app! **Update** Chester was very helpful with getting some updates on the site!

the platform is very easy to navigate and customer service is really helpful. i had an issue with my reviews populating but we fixed it :)

A wonderful addition to our online store. The automated emails to customers are bringing in product reviews at a rate that far exceeds what we had before. We are also learning just how much people appreciate our customer service staff. And the feedback from customers is helping us make improvements to our product descriptions and store procedures. Money well spent.
