Loox is great with what it does, and with the level of customization you can achieve without knowledge of code. The range of how much or how little you integrate your reviews into your site is impressive, compared to more basic review apps. The customer service is knowledgeable and accurate—they know the app as if they created it themselves (and maybe they did).

I love this app! I especially love that it sends my customers automated emails with a discount code if they leave a photo review. Very user-friendly and their support team is always quick to respond to answer any questions and provide assistance.

The Loox team has been super responsive whenever I encountered any bugs with how the loox app interacted with my custom theme. Customers have used the photo feature and it is really wonderful that they can share their beautiful pictures of their Arden Cove bags around the world.

This app has helped tremendously with reviews and getting UGC. The ability to customize so much in regard to aesthetics is absolutely amazing! If you need an awesome app that can do it all and integrates seamlessly with other aspects of your business, this is it!

Great app and ever better customer service! We have had some small issue (caused on our end, not the app), and their customer service team responded within 2-3 hours and solved everything for us.
