Chester was amazing in his support. Always my first choice in review app category. Recommended for all kind of businesses, and for all level of entrepreneur.

Easy to set up so far and intuitive interface. Obviously geared towards Shopify exclusively which is a good thing, as it doesn't try to do everything at once, but focuses on its specialty!

Cobros sorpresivos, este mes nos han cobrado el doble y no hay donde dirigirse para hacer el reclamo correspondiente. Pésima app, cobros fantasmas, hay otras que son gratuitas y hacen exactamente lo mismo.

Secondo me Loox è l'app per le recensioni più completa e facile da usare che si possa trovare nell'app store di shopify. Inoltre offre un sistema di assistenza impeccabile, sono stato assistito da Cheers del Customer support ed è stato gentilissimo, veloce nelle risposte e mi ha subito risolto il problema. 5 stelle per quest'app!!!!

Funciona muy bien la integracion con Shopify. Se puede modificar el look para que haga sentido con el diseño del sitio. Facil de usar.

Great app. I am using the dawn theme and could not see my review star ratings in google organic search results and was getting the error ''missing 'aggregaterating'' in google search console. I followed the online help guide which was easy to follow and implemented the code that Loox self serve guides suggested. However the error was still showing. I then asked support for help and Lilach and Tal were fantasitc. After granting them access to the theme file they were able to resolve the issue with duplicate markups which were causing google to read the products more than once and therefore not showing the reviews. They also suggested I ask google to recrawl the site which I did. They resolved the issue within 24 hours and within 4 days the reviews ratings are now showing in my organic listings. Thanks Tal and Lilac, great service.

Yes I would recommend this app. App is easy to setup and use. After the app is setup it work great in the background.

Easy to set up, mostly user friendly, very fast, with lots of tools for promoting engagement. Even when something isn't clear, the app links to pages explaining in detail how to set up things like referral widgets.

Fairly easy to set up and generated new reviews immediately! Not sure how to integrate with our subscriptions (referral rewards) but hope to figure it out.

The app is very aesthetically pleasing, and setting it up and creating the e-mails is easy too! The app offers clear explanations on how to do everything, and everything has been pretty straightforward. Really nice! I had a question for customer support and they came back to me after 1 day and Ilan has been very friendly and helpful
