II used this app a lot and it help me make more sales by sending discount to customers which has increased my sales tremendously love it.

Fantastic app, instant reviews from our customers. Easy to set up too! used on all our stores and is great to see our products on customers walls.

Still in trial period. Seems like a worthwhile app so far. We like the ability to customize e-mails and setup an incentive program.

Thank to Support for looking in to the below. But, for me it is still an issue. The reviews for my store are fed in to Google and then my reviews are shown on my competitors Google searches. I stand by the fact this is a major flaw..... Major Flaw. Example...we have a product that we have 65 5* reviews on. When a customer searches Google for the item every other retailer selling the same product shows up with 65 5* reviews. This just isn't fair when I'm the one spending over £150 a month to get the reviews.

Very happy so far, has most of the feature I'm looking for any has thus far been very easy to set up with great support. Would love to see the reviews carousel available on the beginner plan, but overall i'm very happy so far! The referral add on was the winner for me over over apps

The app is simple in navigation and very comforting in UI. It has all the functions that you would require. But the best is that has amazing and easy to follow instructions on how to import/export reviews. Simple words, step by step. Perfect. Thank you for that.

Great app for automating and displaying customer reviews. Easy to install and use for consistent email review requests. Only two improvements I would appreciate: 1) Optional "click here to leave a review" step in the request email sequence. 2) More control over reminder email timing,

Its a great app i can recommend it. Its very easy to use and they have a lot of material to learn from.

I love the look of Loox reviews. They are visual and have options of a home page carosel, product group reviews, and a separate page for reviews. It has been fairly easy to install and customize. If you need support, they contact you quickly and are very helpful.
