Effortless way to receive and display customer reviews with photos on our Bento&co store. This app is very well made and support is great.

I have used this app since January. It is great for getting reviews and customer photos. If you have the Recart app and integrate it with Loox, you will get a bunch of customer reviews.

Loox integrates very nicely with our e-commerce workflows. It is simple and intuitive for our customers as well. We have been receiving a lot more reviews since we started using Loox.

Nice App, Better than any other app but just 1 problem of Star review on product page, other wise app is great

So far this review app has been great. I like how they display on my website, it is different then other review apps. I don't have any picture reviews yet but I do like that it is possible to have them on the reviews too. My previous review app was not one that I could easily import my reviews over. I had to manually do it, which took a few times to format the files right and realized that I was saving the file incorrectly. They have detailed instructions. If this part was a little easier I would have wasted less time but still this app get a 5 star. I look forward to getting more reviews, thank you!

Why am I prohibited from entering the app background page?I have subscribed to a basic subscription but after reaching 500 orders, it is no longer possible to enter into the application to manage customer reviews that are already registered. I can't modify anything anymore !!! Loox asks you to switch to the higher plan otherwise you can't enter the application to manage the existing customer reviews !So disappointing!!!
