Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I doubt you will find a better app than this for reviews. The only thing I didn't care for, was that you have to manually edit code just to change the size and color of the numbers / text to the right of the Stars (and you have to manually edit code to change what it SAYS next to the stars too.) That, and there is no way that I have found, to change the SIZE of the actual Stars. Other than that, this App is AMAZING!

I'm using it well. This is very good because there is no review function available on Shopify by default. Thank you for your great tooling.

We have been using this app for a few months now, and we think it is one of the best apps on Shopify. We researched many product review apps and found Loox to be the best suited for our website. Pooja has a lot of experience with Shopify and was excellent with the demo and easily answered all our questions. She made it easy for us to understand the finer points of Loox. The customer service is exceptional; they are fast and efficient at replying to and resolving your queries and requests. The app is clean and user friendly, with tons of features and integrations. They now integrate with Google so that your reviews are visible in searches. We have also noticed that the Loox team is always working to bring newer features to the app. Their newsletter and recommendations are nuanced and worth reading. Their photo and video reviews can work wonders for D2C brands. If you can afford a paid product review app, there is nothing better than Loox!

Easy integration. Day 1 of using the app. Hoping to see some action here. Reducing pricing a bit would attract more customers, especially small businesses.

So far so good, seamlessly integrated into the site, would be great if we could use the same font and styling as used on our site, but that's the only complaint.
