Hey, Amit from the Loox team here! No worries, you can change the timing of review request emails through your Loox admin Settings, under Collect reviews, and then under "Review Request Timing". Great review layout! We love the reviews we can get with this. Super great solution. However, I am very unimpressed with the referrals program. It isn't intuitive to the customers as it depends on cookies for applying the discount code. This does not function with my Stackable app for discounts. Therefore, that needs some tremendous work (LIKE ACTUALLY PUT THE DISCOUNT CODE IN THE EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

It's not really beginner-friendly compared to other email marketing apps. I can't even see the design of the forms I'll send out to my customers. Half of the time I'm looking at the settings and I don't even know what it's saying. The chat support isn't good either since you'd expect someone to come online and talk to you but you have to email them for an answer.

Wir nutzen die App in unserem Store. Sie sammelt ganz gut Bewertungen ein und ist auch wesentlich umfangreicher einzusetzen als nur dafür. Mir fehlen leider noch 1-2 Punkte wie Anpinnen von Bewertungen und ein Rating System für einzelne Produkteigenschaften wie "Komfort" oder "Passform" usw, ein Skalensystem wäre super. Ebenso wäre es super, wenn für bestimmte Produkte ausgewählte Bewertungen als Caroussel auf genau der jeweiligen Produktseite angezeigt werden könnten. Das wurde auch schon als Feedback aufgenommen. Der Support ist ausgezeichnet, extrem schnell, extrem kompetent. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Sapir und kann ihn als Customer Success Manager wärmstens empfehlen! Der kriegt 10/10! Auch alle anderen Support Member wie zB Josh sind super kompetent, freundlich und führen schnelle Lösungen herbei. Ich hoffe, dass die offenen Punkte noch umgesetzt werden, dann wäre die App bedingungslos perfekt für unsere Ansprüche! Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!

Excelente coloquei na minha loja so reclamo que deveriam cobrar a gente em moeda brasileira e não em dolar, pois o dolar torna pra brasileiro que esta iniciando muito caro o app, mas dou nota 4 estrelas, muito bom, ser passar a cobrar em Reais brasileiro ficará ótimo

I really like this app and have been happy with customer service. My favorite feature is adding a review page to my site since I make items that change all the time, it is hard to accumulate reviews. The review page shows every review I get, whether the product is available or not.

Eu gostei muito do App, facilita muito para os lojistas iniciantes, é muito fácil de usar e importar as avaliações. Como sugestão seria deixar por conta do usuário a escolha das fotos, visto que por vezes a foto que o app escolhe para importação não é a melhor foto enviada pelo cliente.

Easy to use. 9.99 USD/month plan for starters is very friendly for businesses just starting up. Integration with Shopify is good, customers who receive an email can use just one click to submit a review, which is effortless for the customer. That is a very nice feature. Customization of the review request email is very limited, hoping to improve it to suit more branded customization.
