Loox helps our store to get reviews faster with pictures and it's very good for Social proof! Very quick reply and great service. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

This app has been great. It takes a lot of the leg work out of having to follow up for reviews, and picture reviews are excellent.

Very responsive support and so far it looks good. I dumped Yotpo for Loox and after 1 day, it seems like a good decision so far.

All I can say is that Loox is a game changer and a must have for any store! Being able to have social proof and the ability to offer coupons for customers to submit photos is key! Here's a hint..... the fastest way to get the initial reviews and especially those most important photos is to offer them a discount coupon that is impressive. Don't mess around with 15-20% coupons but offer them something like 35% Most won't turn that down, and you can then lower it once you have some social proof, which is priceless!

I just made a request to the Loox customer support team to help clean up a CSS issue that was only tangentially related to their software - they had it fixed in under 3 hours. Amazing tech support. I highly recommend these folks.

Best Review app I have used. The only thing I'd say is... (and i know this may defeat the point) I would like to have the option to provide a discount for a 4+ star review even if the customers hasn't posted a photo. Reason being, poeple do everything on the go now so they might want to leave a quick review whilst on the train for example but not in a postion to take a photo, then later forget. If im being blind and this feature is available please let me know. Thanks
Hey, Amit K. from the Loox team here :) We currently support incentivizing photo reviews only (as our studies show that photo reviews turn visitors into sales substantially more than text-only reviews). However, we offer customers the option to leave a textual review and receive a reminder to add a photo to their review 3 days later. This allows customers to submit a review on-the-go, add a photo whenever they're ready, and receive the discount offered. This feature can be set from within your Loox settings. This app has been great, I cannot recommend it enough. I was a customer of Trustpilot's paid membership for 2 years in which I was charged well over thousands of pounds. After their service degraded in early 2020 (the removal of third-party integrations) they attempted to drastically increase my annual cost in 2021, their service was not worth it. After searching for a replacement service, "Loox" caught my eye - and I have not looked back since. The application has integrated with my website perfectly, as well as third party integrations like "Smile". I have no intention of leaving "Loox", I think their plans are very reasonably priced and the quality of the application is fantastic. Keep up the great work "Loox" I can't wait to see what other features you implement over the coming year! - J

They're support team has been AMAZING. I was using YotPo, but they did not have some features that I felt like I NEEDED, so I needed to find an alternative very quickly. (*the feature was simply sending out manual emails to customers who did not receive an email because it surpassed my monthly order limit. Not only does Loox give that feature at its lowest plan, I also received free review requests as an onboarding perk that did not contribute to my review request limit.) After installing the app, I opted to immediately email Loox's support team instead of going the route of figuring everything out myself since I was on a time crunch and the Loox support team was insane. I can't tell if they have 24-hour service or something, but holy moly they were ON TOP OF IT. I got all of my questions answered very thoroughly and so far we are having a good time!
