Good app review, the integration with Google Shopping and the stars rating showing up on Google Search are a strong advantage, and if you have any problems with the initial set-up, the support service is awesome ! Tamarry helped, was very reactive and resolved my problem in less than a day. Thank you !
The app itself is fantastic and the widget look great. I required support multiple times and the team went above and beyond to sort my issues. Couldn't recommend highly enough !

An amazing application, I've tested quite a few others and LOOX looks the most beautiful, I needed their service to implement the application for specific changes and the support really did not let up until all the changes were made in a flash, many thanks to Amit, Aya and everyone who supported (there were more). Definitely recommend

Make sure you read the fine print.. Their plans are sneaky and you'll end up paying basically 0.10$ per email sent out. Can easily set this up in Klayvio for 1/10th of the price. Better review apps out there for a fraction of the cost 1/5

This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months you automatically pay less. This payment model is listed both on our Plan selection page as well as on the Shopify app store. We completely understand that costs are a big part of every merchant's decision about which apps to use. We've built Loox to provide a great return on investment on all of our plans.
