I used Loox with my Shopify store and it has exceeded our expectations. I love the ability to customize emails and we are getting GREAT results - hundreds and hundreds of reviews - MANY OF THEM PHOTO REVIEWS which bodes well for our marketing. I have also utilized their support services and have learned so much with their personal "assistants" for lack of a better term. Shir has been fabulous and has helped me capitalize on the features I didn't even know existed! LOVE!

Loox is awesome! Really easy plugin to use with Shopify. I love that you can customize the font on your site and that customers can add photos, too. The only thing I'd say, it is PRICEY. Especially for a small business owner. Having the basic plan ($10) is plenty to spend on a review plugin I feel, but I'm constantly unable to send out more review emails because I exceed the 100 order a month threshold.

LOOX brings me more return customers. Also by showing customer reviews, more sales because of LOOX. Definitely recommend LOOX to Shopify owner.

We have used this app for our online business for about 12 months now, and it's been fantastic! Customers are happy to receive the review requests and most provide reviews, which have really helped future customers be confident in buying from us. Really neat app that comes with a ton of really usefull features like automatic reminder E-Mails and a reward program. I would rate this one of our top 3 most important apps.

We've been using this app for about a month and have collected loads of reviews already. Love that it allows you to send email request to past customers. The widget displays nicely on our product pages. Great social proof app for Shopify–wish we had this all along!

This app is performing a number of tasks for our shop such as collection and recording of star ratings, display of feedback and generating interest in products. We are very pleased with the app so far but I would have liked more of an uptake in the image reviews. I believe that this is an issue with customer confidence though so I’ll keep working on that one.
