This app is outstanding. It instantly began converting customers once my buyers were able to upload their pics and reviews. Previously I was redirecting buyers to my IG or FB but it is much more user friendly for shoppers to see the reviews directly on your site. Super easy to install and it looks amazing. 13/10 would recommend. lol :)

There are many review apps on Shopify now. Loox is a great review app if you want to have an affordable way to collect and display photo reviews.

It is absolutely perfect. You can set it up to where only 4 and 5 star reviews show up automatically (and you still get to review them and hide any if you wish). And I automatically hide any reviews that are 3 stars or less. I tell my customers that "A 4 or 5 star review lets other potential customers know this is an item they can trust. Anything less alerts us to a potential issue" I then follow up with all reviews that are 3 stars or below to see what I can do to make them happy (refund, exchange, etc.). Thus after the issue is resolved they are back to being happy. The app works great! You can even hide pictures that some people add with their review if you find the image "un-flattering" to your product / website ...yet keep their positive textual review.

So far good experience with Loox - Support team responds quickly - I just feel that in $9.99/ month loox team can offer extra features like follow-up mails to customer for sharing photo reviews

I've have Loox for about 2 weeks, and the reviews have started to roll in. It gives great social proof on my site. It was easy to setup.
