scam app, I changed my plan from essential to growth this month and I don't know it cost me over $400, I am still able to access the app now but my review history are gone it need me to pay again, really really bad experience.

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers, but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months you automatically pay less. In any case, Loox is designed to provide extremely high ROI on the price, not only by creating social proof that boosts conversion but also by incentivizing repeat buys with next-purchase discounts for reviewers, as well as reaching new customers via Loox Referrals. I see that you have recently uninstalled Loox which is preventing you from accessing the admin. I have reached out to you privately to better address your concerns. i am not satisfied with this app, after a week, I can't upload my reviews, I have found support for several days, usually, I am replied the next day, they can't fix my problems, i am really exhausted and tired, so i decide to remove it although it has a lot of good features.

We're using Loox to help increase reviews on our site and social proof from our buyers. Its been really easy to install and super user friendly.
The app and the team are very professional, with new integration and new features, products review is very important to build a trust

is ok works good, but the price for Growth Plan is to big... and the entry level is to limitated....
There were a lot of problems. We were always paying, and the reviews suddenly disappeared .I don't know what the problem is, hope it can be adjusted as soon as possible

The Loox customer support team is awesome. They're extremely helpful and when I'm looking for a feature they don't have they basically always have a work around.
I used this app to help grow my sales by showing social proof and setting up with klaviyo as they integrate. New to it but looks awesome!
The easiest app to install on Shopify so far for me. Really intuitive, I'm only 2 days into the trial and I can tell that this will do wonders for the store, and has already provided some great insights into my customers thoughts (good and bad!)
LOVE this app, I switched from Yotpo and the features are in my opinion much better. Visually the reviews grid on our products page is very attractive, plus the customer video reviews functionality is a game-changer for us.

We have tested several review apps, and decided finally to go with Loox. Reasons for us were: the modern look, focus on mobile use and photos, and the relatively easy way to send requests manually. The main reason however was the good and fast support plus the offer to add a feature in a next update to handle POS sales properly. The last was crucial for us, as we are based in Germany, need to respect GDPR but most of our clients use a quick checkout... so they don't even see the checkbox for accepting marketing mails (review requests are considered marketing mails here!). Having a lot of personal contact to many customers that coming feature will certainly help us to collect a decent amount of reviews over the time.
Loox is a great review-gathering app. I have used a number of other apps, but Loox has absolutely helped us get more reviews on our site more than the others by far!
Easy product to integrate and looks fantastic with our customer-generated content! Highly recommend it, and the support team is very helpful.

The app is incredibly polished, and has an excellent support staff (thank you Josh and Abby!) There are a couple small annoyances - it's pricy and customers can only upload one photo/video, but all in all it's worth it. Bravo, Loox.
Excellent user interface! Easy to setup too. The support team is great and the visual side for customers look awesome. Glad I got it.
The app is pretty intuitive and is perfect for social proofing. Also the photo reviews will come in handy.
The customer support is really helpful. The app has it all what needed to build trust. I was still on the trial plan but already saw that it is worth it. The app has generated some reviews for my past orders. The support is super fast and helpful. They even do some manual work for me to help me fix some issues. Thank you!
