Updated review: Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams. STILL LOVE LOOX!

OMG!!!! I wish I could give this thing 50 stars!!!! I've got about 20 apps running and I've never been so excited about a feature on my site!!!! Right off the bat this morning, I went to check out the dashboard for the first time - and only found ugliness! Unreal... start off on a Monday - to answer a really nasty customer - and gotta admit, that SUCKED... (can't make everyone happy) .... BUT THEN... I found about 30 reviews that were added by our AWESOME CUSTOMERS - and they make up 999 out of 1000 members. So here's what I personally think: It's GREAT being able to show the good, the bad and the super nasty ugly. It gives us a chance to show what we have done for them and how much we appreciate them. We get a chance to show our personality to everyone shopping the site! And... we get to shine a light on the crappy customers too! (Our good people - which is almost everyone - will rise up with those 5 stars.) Woooooo hoooooo.... this is just so awesome!!!!! Many thanks!!!! Sally at www.sewing.school PS... Very happy so far, has most of the feature I'm looking for any has thus far been very easy to set up with great support. Would love to see the reviews carousel available on the beginner plan, but overall i'm very happy so far! The referral add on was the winner for me over over apps

The app is simple in navigation and very comforting in UI. It has all the functions that you would require. But the best is that has amazing and easy to follow instructions on how to import/export reviews. Simple words, step by step. Perfect. Thank you for that.

Great app for automating and displaying customer reviews. Easy to install and use for consistent email review requests. Only two improvements I would appreciate: 1) Optional "click here to leave a review" step in the request email sequence. 2) More control over reminder email timing,
