This is a really nice app, help you to really manage you reviews in your shop and the review are really important

Reviews on Loox helps reassure visitors that they can buy from us with confidence. It slipped off for a few days when I switched to a new theme. Loox customer service immediately fixed it once I asked, and the sales -- which had puased -- started up again. Very happy. Worth the subscription fee. -- One small complaint, it generates a ton of discount codes in our Shopiffy store and clutters the discount page. Not enough to lose a star.

This is a great app for collecting reviews and driving additional conversions from returning customers. Mara on their team is very helpful at answering questions quickly and providing best practices!

Was about to switch to another app for reviews, but got some help from Josh and Ilan that will keep both of our stores on Loox.

App does everything it promises, good customer service and reliable. No complaints and plan on continuing to use for the foreseeable future.

I absolutely love this app because it works so seamless with my shop. Reviews are great social proof and customers seem to enjoy submitted them with their photos or videos for those that have that plan. You can also use the photo for other marketing efforts, which is great and my customers appreciate the discount offer to submit the review. This app has been working great with no problems, which is really great!

Nice app! Easy to integrate and import data from shopify websites. I hope loox would launch NPS soon.

Loox is great, well thought out and great user flow. It could do a lot more and im excited to hear what new improvements are coming to the app. This should be a Shopify standard app!
