I used this app to help me automate reviews. Crossing my fingers it works well. I've seen others try it and I'm excited to see how it works for my store.

I love the app! easy to use, and it looks really nice on the website. The photos of costumers make it super cool and you see how other people look with the products on. 5 stars! Also very good customer service, Ilan was very helpful.

Loox is great - lovely user experience, looks and feels great. It felt like a huge upgrade from the Shopify Reviews platform we were using before. It's been so fun getting photos from our customers. I had a couple of challenges, and the Loox team bent over backwards to make everything work. Strongly recommended, well worth the money.

I would give their product reviews 5 stars, but because it doesn't work for seller ratings as well I have to give it only 3 stars. It works really easy for us and the customer, and having images with the reviews is awesome. Not having the ability to go backwards to get past reviews is a miss as well.
Hey, Amit from the Loox team here :) Generally speaking, Loox supports sending review request emails to your customers who purchased before Loox was installed going back up to 90 days, free of charge! That way you can jumpstart your store's social proof with reviews from previous happy customers, and increase conversion rates! In addition, if you have any reviews you previously collected, we also support importing those reviews using our CSV spreadsheet template. In regards to seller ratings, Loox currently supports product reviews alone in order to concentrate our efforts on increasing conversion rates on the product pages and creating strong social proof that will convince customers to buy your products. With that being said, we're constantly looking for new ways to improve our product and we take our users feedback and requests into deep consideration! If you can elaborate on the reason you need seller ratings in addition to product reviews, please feel free to contact our support with any suggestions you have. I use this apps for review and it's very powerful had a lot of success with it in my previous stores.
