So far so good. Easy to get going and straight forward which is what I need. I'm not a tech guy but a one man show so easy and simple while being effective with reviews to prove is enough for me.

Sick app lets you import reviews from previous apps and easily customisable would defiantly recommend this review app over any in the app store

Easy to set up, easy for customer to upload photos, automatic discounts control as a rewards to upload photos. Used for a year, very happy.

I've been a long time user of Loox, but recently updated some of the new features on my store. Ken was extremely helpful, and helped with integrating these features quickly and smoothly.

It is really great, I am switching from Yotpo because I can not easily import reviews from Aliexpress and it is about 5 times cheaper when considering feature per feature of the 2 different programs.

It has multiple functions. However, there are some disadvantages. The layout cannot be changed or placed in a row. Each review can only put one picture.

I normally get stuck when trying to set up apps on my own. I have found this app so simple to set up. My reviews are coming in fast and furious. The support is great. Thank you.

Works great, looks great, and the support has been top notch. The Loox team is happy to jump in and help with any customizations or support questions as needed, which is great for those of us who can't code. We switched from a different review app and definitely recommend this one.
