App is great. We are using it on https://greenwhey.fr if you want to see how we use it live. It's fully automated, clients receive an email when they receive their order. We have collected many review so far, most of them are now with photos thanks to the photo reminder (also automated) wich is great for social proof. We also use the widget on homepage + the carrousel and it's quite a powerfull tool. Thanks!

I switched to this app b/c a previous app I was using was not working. It would collect reviews but wouldn't post them. This app is much better, less expensive, easier to use, more features and the support is great. I reached out with a technical concern and they responded and fixed it within 24 hours.

Great review software and it definitely supports the features that I needed for my store. The prices are a little higher than others but worth the extra fee.

Switched over to LOOX after having an average experience with another app. The pricing is amazing for any size business and the fact that photos are included has made a huge difference to my business in a short time of implementing it. Their support is also amazing.

I have used the standard product reviews app with Shopify for almost 1 year. I was doing a little more research on review apps. LOOX has completed all of my needs and wants for a review app. This does not include my conversion rate. WOW! This is a miracle and a dream come true. On top of that, the customer service is AMAZING. Great customer service. I needed help putting in the code b/c my store liquid code wasn't as straightforward as the example Loox gives. They had someone contact me w/in 5 days and fixed in! Uploading reviews is super quick and reviews are live on the site w/in seconds.
