This is one of the best apps I have ever purchased in the Shopify App store. It adds tremendous value, is easy to use, and looks great. I am also impressed by the updates they seem to do periodically.

I have used this app since January. It is great for getting reviews and customer photos. If you have the Recart app and integrate it with Loox, you will get a bunch of customer reviews.
