Very easy to set up, install, and manage. We get way more reviews with Loox than some of the other review apps we've tried.

Jodel has been a great help to us while navigating and learning how to use the Loox platform and app. We have only been on board for a little under 2 months and seeing awesome results!

Amazing customer service in an era of embarassing efforts in that dept across so many apps in ecommerce. David at Loox (and Chester!) were both extremely responsive and helpful and helped me knock down a few issues getting started. App is great too.

The app itself seems great so far, but I wish the setup was a little more streamlined or there was some type of step by step guide. The support team was super easy to get a hold of though and Channelle was amazing! She answered all my questions and sent me mini snap shots of what to change to get exactly what I wanted. I asked so many questions and she sweet/patient with each one.

Excellant app, extremely seamless. Customers make the review and automatically goes to the specific product on product page!

Good app. Great support from Jodel. Their team respond very quickly to queries. Was able to sort out a problem I had with a dedicated referral page.

Excellent app, great sales booster and confidence generator. It has multiple hook options that can entice customers to leave a reference to your store. I recommend it 100%

Very good at visualling our store and product compare to the other apps. But this app is not good with pricing. I think the price is litte bit too high for the feature. Anyway, it's good overral (but not worth the upgrade due to the pricing).
