I can't believe the customer response that BirdSupplies.com getting from this app! I wish I'd have got it long ago. Customers are raving about my products and sending adorable pictures of their parrots. The app was super easy and intuitive to install. It is a cinch to approve (or not) the reviews. The customers automatically receive a coupon of my configuration for posting a pic and on top of that, the app is linked up to my business Facebook, Twitter and Pintrest for easy posting and social proof!

Fantastic app and support. I really love how the plans are upfront with their cost. Other review apps hide their subscription fees, then give you a very limited version of the app for free. Then to get anything as powerful as Loox from the competition you have to give your phone number just to get the pricing and full list of features... Over the course of the free trial the Loox team has already made a custom solution for me to help me group my product reviews :) I have the same product listed multiple times in my store so this is crucial to have all my reviews shared across these product duplicates! Thanks Yoni for all the support!

Loox is easy to install and use. It does exactly what we want it to do: Get reviews of our products from customers, which has had a very positive impact on our conversion rate. This app definitely pays for itself and then some ;)

So far, I really like the customizable review request email. Appreciate that customers can do the reviews very easily from their inbox. Hoping for great results! 150 reviews logged so far- love it!

I’ve been using Loox for a while now and it’s been fantastic! I recently ran into a mess while testing an Amazon reviews app—but Liz from Loox came to the rescue. She got everything looking great again in no time. Huge thanks to the Loox team—you all are awesome! P.S. I ended up using the Loox importer to bring in my Amazon reviews… should’ve just done that from the start!
