Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great visual review app, fits nice in the theme, fully automatic installation. Thought it was a bit pricey, but proved to be worth every penny! Ow, and their support is awesome! :-)

This app is amazing, i got reviews every day from my customers. The client service is really quick and effective, I really recommand it!

The app was really easy to integrate and the support team have been quick to respond to any queries I've had. I particularly like how that app can be customised to reflect my own branding and colours. This is a great app to improve sale conversions.

A really helpful app and powerful tool to collect reviews of our customers. You can automice the process, so you do not have a big effort to ask your customers to give a review. It helps us a lot to give potential customers a feeling of our services and offers.

I was able to start using the app right away, it's pretty easy and straightforward. When I've tried to integrate google merchants I had a minor hiccup that was solved immediately thanks to Josh's support. He even noticed another error in my pages and suggested he'd fix that problem too. As usual a tool is as good as their support is. This app is very good :) No kidding almost 2 out of 3 stores use it.

Love this app. Works well and easy to use. If there are more automation settings that would be better.

Been using this app on the free trial and i have already decided to upgrade because the extra features are worth the monthly price. Can't wait to watch my business grow!!

Loox review is great! I love how it flows well with my theme as well. We were also able to send emails to retarget customers so that was a plus

I have only just added this app, and so far so good. The reason for 5 star review so early on in the piece is for the customer service. I experienced an issue which i needed technical help with and the team responded within 2 minutes of me sending email. They then fixed the issue i had within 10 minutes. At this stage its 6 star for customer service.
